The Hydrocodone is derived from the codeine which is an opioid. The cocaine is not opioid derivatives. The hydrocodone can be tested for all opioid derivative including heroin but can not be tested for cocaine. Both cocaine and hydrocodone are narcotic analgesic and are used as street drugs and are tested as addiction.
