    What Are Tips On Making My Abandoned Kitten Comfortable?

    I just picked up my kitten who was found in the freezing cold. I'm looking for any advice/tips on how to help her feel comfortable with me in her new home. I brought her home last night and she has hid since we got home and hasn't ate or used the litter box but the people who found her a couple weeks ago said she knew how to use the litter box. Thanks!!!

      Kittens like milk. Just like a natural mommy cat, you feed your kittens with milk, and try to place them in a surrounding not cold but a little warmer place^^

      Use a gentle approach, low noises to no noises, try hand feeding, most of all give it time, and its space. Try not to push yourself on it. PAWS could give you some possible alternatives.

      I also just found a kitten and he was really scared, hissed and fought every time i went near it poor baby, if you can manage, even with gloves to hold it and pet it will soon realise you mean it well, my kitten took about 3 days of this then was a really sweet baby. Also leave food where it's hiding and feels safe and a litter box.
