    What Information Must Appear On The Cover Letter Accompanying A Fax?

    I need to know the details should be on the fax cover sheet.

    Generally, it should have:
     
    The name and company that the fax is going to.
    The fax and phone number of who it is going to.
    The date. 
    The number of pages that are part of the fax, including the cover sheet.  The name of who is sending the fax, including your phone number and fax number.
     
    It can then include a brief message as to why the recipient is receiving it, what you expect from sending the fax (FYI, Please respond, etc.)
