    Cabbage can be cooked using the following method: First, cut a whole cabbage into quarters, and slice off the inner core. Then, dice as needed for the size of your meal, and rinse in a colander. Following this, boil the wedges in water for about 8 to 10 minutes, or alternatively saut� it for 6 to 8 minutes on a medium heat. Cooked cabbage can be paired with mustard, or honey-mustard dressing, as well as being combined with brown butter and caraway seeds. Alternatively, you can make a more advanced cabbage recipe by steaming green cabbage for 6 to 8 minutes, and serving with some Asian peanut butter sauce, as well as garnished cilantro.

      cook it in boiling water or steam. meanwhile fry some cubed bacon in a pan. drain cabbage and add to bacon, toss in warm pan till bacon juices coat the cabbage. lovely.
