As a general rule, all vaccines containing live viruses or bacteria can not be given to dogs during pregnancy because immune system during pregnancy is poor, so, these active or alive viruses can cause infections in mother and may harm the unborn puppies. Vaccines containing killed virus or bacteria can be used during pregnancy.

A vaccine for parvovirus called Parvac contains killed parvovirus and can be used in pregnant dogs.
