My One Year Old Male Cat Has Blood In His Stool. What Could Be Wrong?

I have two male cats one is 1 years old the other is 3, they both share a litterbox, food bowl and a water bowl. My one year old has had blood in his stool off and on for the past two weeks the other cat is fine. He has been lethargic at all he has actually been playful. I took him to the vet and they tested his stool and looked at him. They said everything was okay but the problem keeps occuring. What could be wrong?

She might be constipated. She might also have worms or bad infestation. Colitis can also be another reason. Make the cat check from some other vet.

My guess would be a parasite - worms- take her to a second vet for a second opinion, especially if her tummy seems bloated or hard.
