There is NOTHING to fix. Dogs continuously lick their noses and thats why its wet. Some dogs lick their nose more than others do, and its normal and natural for them to lick their nose. When a dog doesnt feel well or is tired, they tend to not lick their nose as much and thats when its dry, but neither a wet or dry nose is an accurate indicator of the wellness of your dog.

You do know that a dog is supposed to have a wet nose right? If it's dry, it means that the dog is sick.
