How Can I Lose Weight In Stomach Area Only?
I am dieting for my spring wedding and weight is slowly coming off but not in lower stomach where there are rolls and rolls of fat

The best exercise for your lower stomach is leg raises. Lie flat on your back ,raise one leg as high as is comfortable lower it then do the other,soon you will be able to do them like scissors faster and faster but,not 1st week!-will cause too much soreness! Use good judgement, be innovative !! Good luck and congrats.s

Have you tried ab crunches? I drink a couple of detox teas that I found at GNC. Also, there are many, many exercise videos out there that help you to target the abdominal area. By the way, congratulations on the upcoming wedding!!

You have to do certain exercises with specific food. The exercises can as follows;
1-Jumping
2-Running
3-Push ups
You can also use machine for stomach exercise. The specific diets should be juices like apricot, pomegranate etc. Do not take food which is rich in carbohydrates.

Thanks for the answer but it doesn't make much sense. How do push ups and jumping target the stomach. I currently use treadmill and eliptical and the weight is coming off but not in stomach area.
