How Much Fat And Sodium Should I Eat Daily?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

The US RDA of Sodium is up to 2400mg.  In the UK, the limit is set to 1600mg/day.  Stick in between that range if you are currently in good health.

While fat recommendations are not precisely controlled, 50 to 65 grams is appropriate for healthy individuals.  Try to avoid saturated fats.  Monounsaturated fats are the healthy fats that are found in fish and nuts.

If you take in 2000 calories a day then you should take in 40 to 50 grams of fat and sodium you can go as low as 500 milligrams (thats the minimum requirement) up to 2300. But i would recommend go as high ass 2300 i would go like 1500 more or less.
