I Am Steadily Losing Weight How Can I Gain Weight Fast Without Using Pills.

Answer Question

You probably need to look at the reasons for your weight loss first. As you want to gain weight, I guess you haven't been dieting, so do you know of any other possible causes? For instance, have you been under strain, or not getting regular meals for some reason? Or maybe you've recently become a lot more physically active?

If you were on a moderate reducing diet, you could expect to lose about 1-2lb per week, so if you are losing that much or more without any change in your food intake, you may need to look at why. Generally a weight loss of more than 10% of normal body weight is cause for definite concern.

If you want to see some of the symptoms connected with unexplained weight loss, there is a website at

    www.medicinet.com

That might tell you if you have any medical problems or not. If not, and you really want to gain weight, probably carbohydrates are best - bread, pasta, potatoes and rice - but medical advice would be helpful here too.
