Well i like this guy and he doesn't like serious relationships and he wants to make out with me and i have never had my first kiss and i want to make out with him but i am not sure if it is the best idea because me and him are never gonna get together (he likes another girl)

NO, DO NOT MAKE OUT WITH HIM. If you do, you will surely regret it. Save your first kiss for someone who truly likes you and that you truly like in return. It will make it much more memorable and special. And as for your urge to want to kiss this guy too, it is just curiosity since you see it on TV all the time and have not tried it yourself. Give value to your first kiss. Make sure it is with someone worth it, and not with a 2-timing loser.

Don't make out with him. It would only hurt your feelings if you saw him kissing someone else. He is being up front with you about not wanting anything serious and liking someone else. This way he can't feel sorry about your feeling upset or sad because he told you the truth. Kiss someone who likes you and that you like. Let him go kiss the other girl.
