Well i like this guy and he doesn't like serious relationships and he wants to make out with me and i have never had my first kiss and i want to make out with him but i am not sure if it is the best idea because me and him are never gonna get together (he likes another girl)

NO, DO NOT MAKE OUT WITH HIM. If you do, you will surely regret it. Save your first kiss for someone who truly likes you and that you truly like in return. It will make it much more memorable and special. And as for your urge to want to kiss this guy too, it is just curiosity since you see it on TV all the time and have not tried it yourself.
