It could be Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Symptoms include bloating, diarrhea, constipation, cramping and nausea. Symptoms worsen when stressed. A doc would confirm. Peppermint oil is good for the symptoms. If its really bad the doc can prescribe anti spasmodic tablets to settle the bowel. A big factor is your diet. There is no specific foods you are allowed or aren't. It's really trial be error for most sufferers
