    I say abdominal crunches (sit-ups) is the best- about 20 to 30 a day and then you can gradually increase the number of crunches you do per week. Swimming is also another great alternative.

      Abs is a colloquial and shortened term for abdominal muscles. Many consider them as a way to get an attractive build among men. Well maintained abs and toned muscles are an indication of a strong body and striking physique. Abs is also important because they contribute to supporting the body structure.

      There are several ways of getting good abs though a lot also depends on the genetic factors. Some may not be able to get the striking abs of somebody else because of their genetic makeup. The best way to build great abs is to eat a low-fat diet and regular work out. This in time and gradually would ensure great abs. but another way of doing it faster is to take protein supplements and work out but health experts advise against this method because it is unnatural and may cause adverse effects in some.
