    My Friend's Dog Ate Some Cement/concrete Mix Dry, And Then Drank Some Water. Will It Solidify In The Dog's Stomach, Or Will There Be Other Problems?

    I doubt it will solidify, the acid in his stomach may have a reaction, the dog may have diorea?
    I suggest you keep electrolytes up to him...
