How Do I Tell My Brother The Truth That He Is Ugly, Because I Don't Want To Get Beaten Up By Him?

Why do you want to tell him he's ugly?
I'm sure that you don't have to because your opinion is different from other's opinion.
If YOU think he's ugly, some people may think that he looks alright.
Think about it, telling him will make a big hole in your relationship as a brother and a sister

          If your brother thinks he is the biggest hunk in town then it is your duty to give him a reality check. You can simply talk to him about it by saying casually. Say how you overheard this bunch of chicks claiming this other guy to be the hottest hunk in town.

          However if he you think he is really ugly. Then don't bother because if he really is an ugly duckling then I am positive he already knows by now unless all the mirrors in your house have been removed.

          If you feel he has weight issues then try and approach him with interrogative statements instead of assertive statements. "Don't you think you would be healthier if you lost a couple of ponds here and there?"

          And if you personally think he desperately needs a surgery then bring in a rhinoplasty clinic brochure and just leave it on the table. Sure he will get your hint

          However remember beauty lies in the beholders eye. Just because you think he is ugly it is not necessary everyone has the same opinion.

          And please if your brother is still a teenager than please don't tell him anything. Because this is just a phase and the age where a boy tends to look his worst. And by the time he grows up he will definitely be every girls dream man.
