This Question Is Answered:
Does the Pennsylvania Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act on Debt Collection extend to out-of-state creditors when it contacts a debtor in Pennsylvania?
Bank of America, which is based in Delaware, claims it is not bound by Pa. Law when doing business in Pa., an official says it is bound only by federal and Delaware law. Help?

It's very simple, take Bank of America to small claims court or arbitration and include a count of the PA Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act. Also see if Bank of America is registered to do business in Pennsylvania. If it is, it cannot claim the Act does not apply to them.
