How Do You Find A Call Center Agent?

It really depends on your definition of 'find.'  If you are simply looking to speak with a specific agent, all you need do is call the call the call center and ask for them by name, even if you only have the individuals first name.  If you are trying to speak with an agent whom you have previously spoken with regarding a type of account, the account will have notes on it regarding who you have previously spoken with.  Though if you are looking to find the city or residence of the agent, don't try.  Call centers have strict regulations of which information the agents are allowed to disclose, and any personal information is usually restricted.
