There are many different types of chocolate. Chocolate can be broadly categorized into four different types ; Bitter-sweet, Semisweet, Milk chocolate, and white chocolate. Among these Bitter-sweet, Milk chocolate, and white chocolate have cocoa butter in them. Milk chocolate has the most cocoa butter and it is this that gives the smoothness to it. It is also one of the most popular chocolates.
You can make a type of milk chocolate as described below.
Ingredients : 225 g Cocoa butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup NESTLE Milk Melts; 2 eggs, 2 1/2 cup milk powder, 3/4 cup flaked almonds.
Making instructions : First preheat the oven to 180 C, Line the tray with waxed or baking paper. Beat the cocoa butter in a bowl, add in the sugar gradually and then the chocolate. Keep beating the mixture until light and fluffy. Mix thoroughly, the milk powder and mix the almonds together. Spread the mixture in the tray. Bake this in the preheated oven for a few minutes till it gets a glazed look. Leave in the tray to cool down. Cut into bars while warm and put in the refrigerator
