Did The Aztecs Have Toilets?

      Yes, they did in fact have toilets, flush toilets none the less. Not unlike the running water toilets the Romans had in their communal bath houses. It was not until more recent times that the toilet as we know it today was developed in Europe for Queen Elizabeth....however the use of the famous s-bend in toilets what not incorporated into that particular toilet....so you can imagine the horrific smells of raw sewage the crept into the royal bathroom....needless to say toilets did not catch on until the development of the s-bend....the toilet did not gain widespread usage until the years after WWII....G.I.s in France reportedly used to toilets they saw that had the name of the company's founder......Crapper....yes that is were the word "crap" came from....
