If you move take him to court before you move let the judge know your leaving the state and if you have a good reason like you want to be around family so you;ll have more help or your getting married and your husband job is there or if your ex is abusive and you would rather be around family to make you feel safe there are many reasons but if you just pick up and leave no he can't stop you but he might if you tell him when and where you'll be. My advice is if he is a good father or a mother then go to court and get half custody that makes you responsible to have them in the summer then sent them back because the judge is looking at thats there mother and children need there responsible if she has had them all there life so it goes both ways.
