They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You certainly don't look ugly to me, but what's important is how you feel about yourself. Do you think you're ugly? If you do, you have to ask yourself "why?". If you can make any changes, do it. Your picture is a bit small, but from what I can tell, I think you're kind of cute.
