How Do I Know If I Will Get My Security Deposit Back?
In the state of California, I am leasing for 2 months a furnished house on the beach in Malibu for $60,000.00 per month. They are asking for a $135,000.00 secuirty deposit. How do I know I will get my deposit money back? What if the house suffers a natural disaster or the owner of the property dies?
