My love bird keeps laying eggs, what do i do with the eggs, she has no mate, and can i stop her from laying eggs in the future, i don't know what to do please help
Although this is essentially normal behavior it is not healthy for her to be continually laying eggs.
You need to discourage nesting behavior by removing anything that resembles a nest (happy hut..etc.).. Make sure that she doesn't have access to paper or anything she might be shredding up for nesting material.
Change her routine a bit - maybe move the cage to another room (preferably one where your bird can spend more time with you)... More attention, more baths, more treats (salad-type stuff is good), more/different toys, more distractions.
Make sure she has a Cuttlebone (almost every petstore has these) in her cage at all time for extra calcium. Removing the eggs is generally a bad idea because then she'll just lay more to replace the ones she's lost. Generally you should wait 23 days before removing them.
Limiting the amount of daylight she receives might help as well... Try covering her cage earlier so she will get at least 12 hours of sleep.
