I tell you an easy way, Start the computer and keep on pressing F8 here select Safe Mode, in Safe Mode open User setting from control panel and Remove the password of Administrator.

Problem with this... If an administrator password is set, you will have to enter it once you get into safe mode... So that won't work ;)
If administrator is locked then what would i do?
