Ok to refine my question. When an outbreak occurs, does it always occur in the same place everytime?

Yes, it can break out in different areas, sometimes not even in your genital area. It can at times cause blisters down your legs, or along the tracks of nerves and veins....
It will almost always be the same blister type sore though.
