    A mushroom cloud is made out of dust, smoke, fire and other various types of small substances such as rock and stones. A mushroom cloud takes up a form when there is an atomic explosion. All these substances go high in the air when there is such an explosion. When these substances go high in the air, it looks like a mushroom hence the name mushroom cloud. Mushroom clouds can also be seen during nuclear explosions of volcanic eruptions. The form is naturally taken and can be artificially made on a small scale.

    Some of the famous mushroom clouds can be seen on television whenever they are talking about war. Some of the famous mushroom clouds are the atomic bomb explosion on Nagasaki, Japan. Mushroom clouds can also be seen in Castle Romeo and Castle Bravo hydrogen bomb tests.

    Mushroom clouds are bound to cause of a lot of pollution in the earth's atmosphere.
