I think you need at least 200 points to rate someone. A baby blurter is not allowed to rate answers. Once you become a fresh blurter, however, you can do it.I(I think 200 points is a fresh blurter)If you already affirmed your e-mail, you must have almost enough points.so earn a few more(by refering a friend, linking blurtit, and answering questions)and then you can rate. If you really want to tell the person how helpful theyve been, you could also leave a comment. Hope this helps!

In fact you need at least 300 points to rate someone, and you get about 30 ratings per day. This information can be found by clicking on the Help link, then go to the Points and Levels link. It displays all the information about what you get points for, and what each of the levels allow you to do. 300 Points will get you to a Fresh Blurter level, which is when you can start making ratings. Otherwise, leave them a comment or visit their website by clicking on their profile name and following their website link.
