Can Anyone Tell Me Where I Can Download A Computer Virus (not Anti-virus, A Powerful Virus)?

Are you wanting to infect your computer with a virus?  If so check for lists of fraudulent or malicious pages or find a file which contains a virus (Keygen anyone?)  The only other context under which you could be asking this question is illegal, that would be downloading the source code for a virus.  Though some sites I have heard of do contain the basic framework of a Trojan Horse type virus. I however won't refer you to one, you'll have to find it on your own.
