Can I fly with my pet in a seat with me in the US?
I want to fly with my dog at my side.

No. You can not have any live animal, with you "in" any commercial airplane, jet, etc. All animals must be crated in a pet carrier, and are considered LIVE cargo. Further must meet all airline criteria to fly, such as vets, shots, etc.
