Iron chlorosis is the most common disease found in Bigleaf Hydrangea. Iron Chlorosis is found comminly in plants being grown on the soil containing high pH value as quantity of Iron Chlorosis is inversely proportional to pH value. Iron Chlorosis isfound on new leaves unlike notrogen deficieny that turn old leaves into yellow.
This problem can be solved by adding iron to the soil suffering from Iron Chlorosis. Chelated iron product is the best available method of adding iron to the soil. These products are easily available at any good hardware store or local merchandiser. Follow intruction manuals provided with the product that how to use such products for generating better results.
A soil with high pH value needs regular addition of such chelated iron products. These products can also be used on the appearance of Iron Chlorosis symptoms.
