Go to the pet store and they have mini bottles you can ask them what is the best milk for nutriance and hand feed them for a few weeks, it shouldn't be hard they will eat hard food in a couple of weeks.

Its a very hard task, they need constant 24/7 care, they will most likely not survive without their mom. Best of luck trying . Best to call the vet they will instruct you

I have raised new born stray kittens twice now. It is a difficult task; but well worth it. You will have to make a feeding schedule (about every 3-4 hours). Warm up the kitten milk(KMS brand is good) you can find at any local pet store, make sure to test it first so its not to hot before feeding. I would do this for about 4-6 weeks depending on growth, weight and development...then move them to the step 2 prodcut that almost looks like melted ice cream (but does not smell like it!) Feed them 3-4 times a day in a bowl for about another 4-5 weeks...After this time slowly introduce hard kitten food in with the mush. Make sure to stick with the same brand, because mixing it up can mess up their stomachs!
Also, after feeding with the baby kitten bottles; wait a few minutes and then cradle them on their backs and gentle (With a warm wet cloth) rub their rumps to stilmulate their digestive track and make them go to the bathroom. It's actually pretty funny to watch.
I kept the first batch in a large box with baby blankets to keep them warm. I also kept a heating pad underneath the blanket when it was chilly in the house. Keep it on very low and don't leave it in there for too long. Make sure to keep it under a bunch of blankets so it can't burn them!
Good luck! I was able to find homes for each of the kittens in the first brood, and actually kept the one I found recently (he's a year old now). It's a great relationship. He still sleeps in the bed with my husband and I like he was a baby with his head on the pillow, and the covers over him just like a person. So sweet! Definitely worth it!
