Mortgage/House Sale, Any Help Or Suggestions?

As part of a divorce agreement, my ex wife was awarded the home and I remained on the mortgage as a coborrower. Her health is failing. Upon her passing, I am legally responsible to pay the mortgage since I to this day am a co-borrower even though I am legally not an owner. What are my legal rights if after passing she wills the home to another relative while I still remain on the mortgage as a co-borrower. I am a resident of the State of Florida. Any help or suggestions are surely welcome. Thanks
