State How Mechatronics Play A Major Role In Handicrafts?

Mechatronics is the name for the synergistic arrangement of three important elements namely, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering as well as software engineering.

The reason for this type of interdisciplinary stream is to be, is to help the study of automata from an engineering point of view and to serve the purpose of gaining control over developed hybrid systems.

Mechatronics is concerned with the areas of mechanics, electronics as well as computing which grouped together, make it possible to generate simpler, cost-effective, dependable and varied systems. The term 'mechatronics' was first coined by a top engineer in the Japanese organisation Yaskawa, named Mr Tetsuro Mori, in the year 1969.

It plays a major role in handicrafts as through the process of collaboration, the mechatronic modules carry out the production objectives and gain supple and nimble manufacturing characteristics in the production process.
