What Is Gravity?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

Gravity is the weakest force in the universe out of the four fundamental forces. It is the dominant force in the universe and it is the force because of which earth attracts everything towards itself. Gravity naturally occurs in the universe and it gives weights to the objects. Gravity is considered as the force of attraction between any two bodies. It exists between the smaller bodies as well as the larger bodies like there is a gravitational pull between two masses as well as between the masses and the earth. However, earth is a large body therefore, its gravitational pull is higher as compare to the pull between the two masses. Gravity on the earth surface is 9.8 m/s2.
