What Are The Differences Between The Nintendo Gamecube And The Nintendo Wii?

There are many differences between these two consoles. The Nintendo Gamecube has a games controller with a wire, whereas the Nintendo Wii will have wireless controllers.

The Nintendo Wii also offers more features such as nunchuks for fighting games. The Nintendo Wii disks will also be bigger than the Gamecube disks, which are only 8cm in diameter. You are also able to download old NES games, SNES games, Genesis and other old games onto the Nintendo Wii.

The memory cards that are used in the Gamecube will not be used for the Nintendo Wii, as games can be saved directly to the hard drive. The graphics will be better on the Nintendo Wii than on the gamecube.

The Nintendo Wii will have a completely different look to the Nintendo Gamecube, with players being able to stand the console up rather than flat like with other consoles. Despite these differences, you can play Gamecube games on the Nintendo Wii.

The Nintendof Wii has a wireless remote and can play both Gamecube and Wii games.  The Gamecube has a controller with a wire and more buttons.  It can only play Gamecube games but with the Gameboy Player attachment  you can play all of your Gameboy games on the bigscreen.  The Wii responds to how you move and the Gyroscope inside causes movement on the screen.  It is the first truly interactive Video Game Console.

To put it bluntly, the Gamecube is a dead system and the Wii is alive and doing well.
