Sun burns can be a very dangerous thing which might eventually lead to many various skin diseases. The most dangerous of all the diseases is the skin cancer which happens due to a sun burn.

A sun burn takes place when your body is exposed directly under the sun for a long period of time. Sun burn has to be avoided at all times. You need to immediately consult a doctor or a physician as soon as you catch a sun burn. The doctor will give you the right treatment so that you do not go through under anything serious. You will also need to avoid direct exposure of the sun for a couple of weeks.

Even if you plan going directly under the sun, such as the beach, make sure you are not under for a long time. You need to come under the shade once in a few minutes. In order to avoid sun burn, you need to use the sun screen cream or an ultra violet cream.
