Phentermine is an amphetamine based diet pill, it makes sense that it would show up on a test for methAMPHETAMINEs. Let the tester and the people requesting the test know that you take Phentermine and that you have a prescription (you do have a prescription, right?) and that should clear up any misunderstandings.
