I've had my period for 5 weeks its never happened before. Its been going on and off, its not bleeding heavy, its just spotting and at the same time it looks like I'm have my period. And Ive noticed that I have small blood clots.

You must consult your doctor for complete examination. The possible reasons for this can be hormonal balance or any medication or exercise. You told you had seen small blood clots which is a dangerous sign for me. You see blood clots once you experience miscarriage. I wonder this is the case. Don't make a delay to see your doctor.
