    My Ears Have Been Plugged For 2 Weeks. I Have Been To The Doctor Twice. He Flushed My Ear 2x. I'm Plugged Again Later. The Doctor Says I Don't Need A Specialist, But This Is Making Me Crazy.any Idea?

    My ears keep plugging up. I do not have a cold or flu. I did have a lot of itching the past few months in my ear. I had an ear infection-swimmers ear- in January. The doctor insists it is wax. I can feel something in my ear. I have tried peroxide and flushing it myself. Nothing is working.

    Yes you need a specialist.  The primary care phys. Can do the flushing out and scoping, but sometimes you need to get to a specialist that can vacuum out any hardened wax that may be pressing on your drum.  I have had it done a number of times, and felt better immediately after the specialist has done his job.

      You need to see a specialist asap.so that your ear doesn't get damaged and loose some of your hearing ear drums are real sensitive.
