    Judas is the anglicized Greek that depicts the Hebrew name Yehudah. It is also a name that reflects in the New Testament. The most prominent name is Judas Iscariot, the Biblical betrayer of Jesus. Even in ancient Gnosticism, you have Judas Thomas Didymus, this name is also commonly referred by Christians as Saint Thomas and Doubting Thomas. The other people that reflect with the very dame name are Judas Thomas Didymus, Judas the Zealot, etc.

    In terms of tale it refers to as a traitor. This slang term has its roots from the biblical Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus three times. One of the very famous heavy metal bands that also hold the name Judas is Judas Priest.
