Puppy went swimming, ever since has been foaming at the mouth, messing on the floor, running in circles, breathing funny, barking and warning, Please help.

This puppy needs to be examined by a veterinarian immediately! These signs are sounding gastrointestinal and neurological in nature. He may have drank to much pool water and now his electrolyte balance is way off. If he had any difficulty swimming and drank too much water he could have become hypoxic (too little oxygen to the tissues) and now is having secondary signs.
Breathing difficulty is always an emergency. Please have him examined ASAP!
