Emotional neglect by parents. I am a principal and am appalled at the number of parents that want the schools to raise their children and "fix" every issue that the child has...so that they don't have to deal with them at home. There are no perfect children. I don't know why people have children if they don't want to attend to their emotional, physical, medical, and educational needs.
