What Will Change The Image Of Our State (Arkansas) Somewhat?
How can we as citizens make our state a better place to live and forget about all that has happened in the past?

I think that is probably the general consensus of not only Arkansas, but much of the south that they are populated by 'gun toting banjo players in overalls'. 'Deliverance' has a lot to answer for. I was pleasantly surprised when we passed through Arkansas and my reaction to the state. Arkansas was not what we had envisioned. More publicity needed.
