Why Does My Child Is Have Bald Spots? What Is Alopecia?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Alopecia is hair loss. This is in dogs so is your dog by chance blue or a closely related color and suffering from blue gene alopecia?  It can also indicate mange, thyroid problem, just blowing of the puppy coat (depending in age) and A bald spot seems to be a common reaction to rabies vaccine lately for some weird reason but you mention more than one. May also be a fungus like ringworm or hotspots from allergies (diet is often biggest factor there and food should be rated five or six stars). It's hard to say without examination and confirmation of whatever it appears to be.
