Those Who Trespass is the name of a novel which was written by Bill O'Reilly in the year 1998. The full title of the book is Those Who Trespass: A Novel of Television and Murder.

The story of the novel is loosely based on O'Reilly's own life. His relationship with the CBS television was not cordial. He and the network staff at CBS had a series of disputes, especially involving the footage of the Falkland Islands War.

he antagonist of the novel is a journalist named Shannon Michaels who believes that the network staff is trying to sabotage his career and takes revenge on them following a series of arguments. The revenge is in the form of a series of systematically-planned murders. Critics claim that Michaels' character is a thinly-veiled version of that of O'Reilly.
