Your all body pains can be due to fibromyalgia which is autoimmune disorder. No cure but management is there. Your increase WBC can be due to infection like pneumonia or presence of some chronic inflammatory disease. Your hormonal imbalance can be due to adrenal adenoma and hypothyroidism. So visit to endocrinologist and pain management doctor for your treatment.
