My Boyfriend Is 28 And I'm Just 18. Is This Alright?

Legally you can date him and he can date you. I would be concerned however, because that is a huge age gap, considering you are only 18. You don't have enough "experience" in life and knowledge in the ways people use, lie, manipulate, and abuse others to get what they want. This is especially true in boyfriend/girlfriend relationships. The man who is older and in a relationship with a much younger girl/woman typically is a control freak and a misogynist.

A misogynist is a man who needs to control his relationship (girlfriend/wife) completely and consequently is mentally (if not physically) abusive. He denigrates his partner, resents her if she has any outside interests, and become furious for trivial reasons. Women with low self-esteem are drawn to this type of man because he can also be charming and devoted.

The older man also knows it is much easier to "train" his young girlfriend to behave the way he wants her too. She is usually so eager to please that she goes along even though she may not want too. In other words, she is easily brainwashed and controlled. She is retrained to be what and who he wants her to be and she no longer has her own thoughts, desires, or goals. Everything becomes all about him.

If the relationship was truly healthy, then he would give her space and time to grow up and only be her friend for a number of years until she came into her own.

If you really love him you would let him go girl.

Age doesn't matter to me,age really shouldn't matter anyway,the only thing matters is that you love him/her a lot.good luck (:
