Depending on what's safer for the mother they will either just let it come out naturally and be stillborn or they would go ahead and remove it just like they would in an abortion.

Depending on how far into the pregnancy it is, then they might induce labor and deliver the still born baby, or they may remove it by performing a D&C.. Which is similar to an abortion. What they do with the baby after its delivered also depends on the age of the fetus, and your state laws. Some states will allow a still born to be disposed as medical waste, and others may require it to be imbalmed and either burried or cremated as with any person who had died.
