    How Can I Whiten My Teeth?

    My teeth aren't as white as I'd like them to be, how can I whiten them without all the expensive products, or is that the only choice?

    Get some athletic trays and soak them in hot water... Then put them in your mouth and suck on them and they will form to your teeth and mouths shape. Then grab a cheap whitening gel, and I do mean cheap cuz they all work the same and squeeze a thin line of whitening gel into the trays. Use the whitening gel on your teeth once a day for 15-30 min until you get them to the whiteness you desire, then you can do it whenever you feel they don't look as white.

      Um... Well you can brush them, but the stains are really hard to get out without expensive products, you can go to the dentist, and they can do special painless procedures, or you can look out for commercials, with cheap whitening strips to buy, and try out, I have personally never tried whitening strips, so have a go!
