What Does Serenity Mean?

The word serenity itself means a feeling of state of being quite, serene, tranquil or calm. It is often used as a title of honour or reverence. It is used in speaking of someone with respect, or to refer to someone who belongs to the royalty. Serenity is also a Hollywood film directed by Joss Whedon. It was released in the year 2005 and is a science fiction. The plot of the film is set 500 years into the future. It is primarily the story of a captain and his crew who are on a transport and cargo ship. Their trip and lives of trivial crime is interrupted by a psychic passenger, who holds within himself a dangerous secret.
